Who should try LET’S GET UP!?Īnyone who likes dancing! If you want to get an idea of what the program will be like try out Hip Hop Abs, Rockin’ Body, Cize, or YouV2 on Beachbody on Demand. These are total body resistance workouts using light to medium dumbbells.Īll you need is space to move around and set of light or medium dumbbells for Let’s Get Up. With this program, you’ll workout 30 minutes a day, 6 days a week.Įach week you’ll do 4 dance workouts and 2 total body strength workouts.
